Kwame Moses
Kwame Moses has over 14 years of experience in the financial services industry. Prior to working in the financial services industry, Kwame worked for six year in the Biotech and Pharmaceutical industry in various research and management roles. Kwame holds a Bachelors of Arts in Biological Science from Manhattanville College. He also holds an MBA in Finance and Post Graduate Certificate in International Management from IONA College.
Kwame is passionate about volunteering and community service. He volunteers as a mentor with Big Brother Big Sister and as a reader at the Children’s Learning Center of Fairfield County. Over the last 8 years Kwame has also served as a Director on the Board of Liberation Programs Inc. Liberations Programs Mission is to empower people and their families to be free of the disease of addiction by providing targeted solutions that restore lives and strengthen our community.

Mary Ann Francis is the Chief Operating Officer of Citi Realty Group LLC, where she brings her experience as a property investor and her dedication to empowering individuals and families in achieving their real estate goals. As a proud Puerto Rican and community advocate, Mary Ann is passionate about creating equitable opportunities for financial growth. Outside of her real estate work, she is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist and the owner of Transforming Hearts PLLC™.
